Driving Sustainable Growth in an AI-Evolving Search Landscape
Jeff Pastorius is a digital growth and SEO leader with 20+ years of experience spanning Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), LLMO, AI-optimized search, and traditional SEO—driving measurable results across enterprise, ecommerce, and large-scale digital ecosystems. His expertise is grounded in a strong understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, including content strategy, site architecture, analytics, and cross-channel performance, allowing SEO to function as a true growth lever rather than a standalone tactic. With a background spanning hands-on execution through strategic leadership, Jeff focuses on aligning technical SEO, content, data, and emerging AI considerations to real business outcomes—not vanity metrics.
Modern search no longer changes gradually—it shifts in waves. My work focuses on helping enterprise organizations navigate these shifts intentionally, aligning SEO, content, technology, and data so organic growth remains stable and trustworthy as platforms, algorithms, and AI-driven discovery models evolve.

What I'm Known For
I’m known for helping organizations stay discoverable and competitive as search evolves from keywords and links into AI‑driven answers, recommendations, and conversations.
With more than 20 years of experience across agency, ecommerce, and large‑scale enterprise environments, I’ve built a reputation for bridging traditional SEO with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and large language model–influenced discovery—turning complex technical systems into clear, business‑driven growth strategies.
At AT&T, I lead organic customer acquisition strategy for the Quantum Fiber brand, partnering closely with product, engineering, content, analytics, and design teams. I’m known for translating ambiguity into action, aligning teams around what matters, and building search strategies that work not just for today’s rankings—but for how people will discover brands tomorrow.
What people consistently come to me for:
Enterprise‑scale SEO leadership
Content, technical SEO, site architecture, and platform decisions aligned to measurable business outcomes—ensuring enterprise brands remain discoverable as search platforms evolve.
Clarity from complexity
Tturning data, algorithms, and emerging trends into practical roadmaps executives and teams can actually use.
Cross‑functional influence
Working across disciplines to align priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Future‑ready search strategy
Anticipating how AI, LLMs, and generative experiences change discovery, evaluation, and trust.
Long‑term trust and durability
Building systems and strategies that withstand platform shifts, acquisitions, and algorithm changes.
Beyond work, I’m known for bringing the same discipline, faith, and consistency into the things that matter most to me. My church and faith plays a role in how I approach leadership, service, and accountability. Over the years, I’ve undergone a personal health transformation—losing over 190 pounds, going from 372 lbs to 180 lbs—which reshaped how I think about resilience, habits, and long‑term change.
Running has become a daily anchor for me. I typically run 3–4 miles a day, five days a week, often using that time to listen to music, reflect, and reset mentally. That space—movement paired with music—has been just as important for mental clarity as it has been for physical health.
I also value time spent with my family, and I’m an advocate for awareness around diabetes and epilepsy—causes that are deeply personal to me. Whether it’s Scouting, mentoring, health, faith, or creative exploration with AI‑powered music, I believe in showing up consistently, doing the work, and building a life—and career—that lasts.
